10k payout. Just approved and received 1.555 BTC. ~9710 at current price. Should I talk to chat? Anyone have this happen with BM before? Very surprised.
Update below, difference was credited to account.

BTC price tends to be very volatile. A 2.9% difference is normal. You might receive 2.9% more next time.

Happened to me today as well with CRIS. About 2% short.
I requested the withdrawal 6:30am and received it 10am. For the BTC price to match my $ withdrawal amount, it would have been the price at around 7:30am.
So does that mean that they approve the withdrawal and determine how much BTC to send even if they send it hours later?

This is what I'm wondering. If it gets approved and sent at the same time in the system it should be at the price at the time it's approved. Hate to play somewhere else but if they can't get that right 3% is a lot, especially for larger players to shrug off.

To be honest though, it does go both ways as I have received slightly more fiat amount than requested on occasion. Unfortunately, I have the bad luck of BTC price tanking whenever I am holding it with the intention of converting to fiat.

Never happens to me on the high side. Good for you on that one. They must not like me!
Today is the tomorrow we worried about yesterday.

Same thing happened to me today as well. I received $200 short. (value at time of transaction) Usually its 20-50 short and I dont make a fuss but $200 is a lot. Sounds like they may have had an issue as obv im not alone. I contacted them and supposedly someone is supposed to get back to me tomm on it. I assume theyll credit the difference, would expect it from them.

To earlier comments: value at time of transaction on blockchain is the only number that should be relevant. If that number is 2% off, then theyre in the wrong and will hopefully fix it.

That amount seems seriously off, I suggest you check the price at bitcoinaverage.com for the moment when your transaction has been issued. Be noted that I say issued here as they are not in position to "predict" what will be the rate when BTC hits your wallet - if the rate is in line with the avg price in the moment of sending, there is nothing you can do about it; again if it is not, they you should by all means.

I requested $800 from Bookmaker on Monday and only received $780.
About 75% of my BTC withdrawals are right on the money but about 25% of the time they come in below. Never comes in more than I requested.

Spoke to JJ in the bitcoin department. Said he'd have it reviewed with other accounts that reported being shorted. 15 minutes later the difference was credited back. Painless compared to what it would've taken at books like betonline.

Try again and maybe ask for it to passed on to JJ in the bitcoin dept?
Or shoot in a complaint form and SBR can ask a manager to look for you.

Look up the transaction ID at blockchain.info and it will tell you exactly how much they sent you. It won’t hurt while you’re waiting, just to make sure they arent telling the truth.
