If they are withholding money that is rightfully yours then you have a legitimate complaint. If the account is empty or they are in the process of paying you all the money in the account then you don't have a case.

I did have money in the account but with the help of MGA I got it back but why should my account be blocked for no reason...I need it back.

Well, it's the decision of the bookmaker if they want to work with you or not.
If you are paid, you can't make anything, so go ahead and use another bookmakers, simple .
Every bookmaker has the right to close accounts, limit accounts as they want.
If you are paid, it sounds like childish to want account back etc.

You don't want it back open anyway if they don't want your business. Any issue comes up, or trading decision on your account, will always be a negative result for you now.

That's interesting! Sounds like you found a game with a player edge or fault and managed to get the MGA to convince them to pay you the winnings?

Can you tell us more about it if that's correct? Might be helpful to know for future player complaint cases.

They are scammers it once took the 3 weeks to pay me 3200 and it was a **** withdrawal

Scammers don't pay. Unibet paid you. You suffered from poor quality service rather than a scam.
