If they are withholding money that is rightfully yours then you have a legitimate complaint. If the account is empty or they are in the process of paying you all the money in the account then you don't have a case.Comment -

Well, it's the decision of the bookmaker if they want to work with you or not.
If you are paid, you can't make anything, so go ahead and use another bookmakers, simple .
Every bookmaker has the right to close accounts, limit accounts as they want.
