I try to search "Bettheline.ag" and your thread here shows as the first result. There's no other available reviews so far but the two sites seems to have the same features in some aspects.

I think the way they word it is to intentionally mislead: "...experienced staff with over 80 years in offshore experience." That means, if they have 80 people who each worked in offshore for one year, they would have 80 years of offshore experience.

Crooked sportsbook STAY AWAY

This book ripped me off. I was up 6k and cashed out 1k via ******. They then closed my account, refunded me my initial deposit and disputed the 1k they paid me out. They stopped answering any of my phone calls but would answer if I called from a friends phone. So pissed off

Stay away from these clowns. Total scam. I had my doubts all along, but went with it. Found it odd that you always chat or speak to same person on chat or phone, was told I was his client so I would speak to him since my account was his, thought it was crap but whatever.deposited a couple hundred dollars over a months time, lost every time. So this past Monday I deposit, also found it odd that they always have 100% cash bonus, 12x rollover is a lie. So I deposit 125$ and get another $125 bonus. 250. Guy tells me payouts are done next day and they are always free, another red flag. So boom I get hot and win and I’m up 1700. I ask for amount of my rollover that had been used, and that’s when the bs starts. You’ll get an email later today about amount of rollover you’ve used, never got it. I had to email them and basically call them out on the bs and hour later get an email. That I had only used 1691 of the 3000 rollover. Live bets don’t count, parlays don’t count, all these rules that aren’t stated in rules. So I reply to email, cause my calculations had showed I had bet over 3500. No reply. So today early morning I ask to see how much rollover has been used. Same bs. No email, but I know for sure my rollover is done cause I bet big today and one. Made two single bets for $1000 each. So my rollover should be done. Then the bus starts again. I get on chat, nobody available. So I email and no reply’s. I call the 800 number and nobody answers. For 4 hours nobody is available on chat or answering phone. I mean sports books are open 24-7 but nobody is available. Well I’m up 2500. And then I guess they Rigged the casino cause I started losing every hand. 40 out of 50 hands dealer had bj or caught 21. No lie. So I lose it all. Gone in 10 mins. Won maybe 5 hands. Second I lose they are suddenly available in chat and answering phone. Stay away. Scam! Only guy you speak to is a Charles. He’s. Not available half the time. It’s a scam. They are not going to pay you. First time requesting a payout and they go hide and wait for me to lose it and now they are available. Also, you deposit bitcoin they immediately fund account. We all know every sports book waits for at least two confirmations to credit account, not them! Don’t play here. You won’t get paid

Also it’s like they are a third party sports book. The numbers on site aren’t even a bettheline site. It’s like another company. Anytime you call they just say player services. I asked several times name of company and they would just say what can I help you with. Would also ask for name of rep and wouldn’t give name. Also did research on the chat system they use and it can only be used for 3 ppl or less, which explains why you only speak to same person. Likely this scam is run by one or two ppl. No real sportsbook. Real sports books don’t answer phones for hours, and real sports books are available on chat at all hours, not just a few. Stay away from these penetrates

Stalling out hoping you continue playing and lose has always been a lot of books tactics unfortunately. Tried and true method for success!! Minute you start running into problems w a withdrawal best thing to do is leave that account alone and play somewhere else till situation gets resolved, don’t let them beat you like this!!
