Betmotion - waiting for withdrawal over 2 months

Hello. Betmotion closed service for my country and my balance of around 700 euro is locked there. I've requested a withdrawal via mail support and they said it is ordered to their payment department. I've been waiting 2 months to be done now and don't see any point to contact support anymore, because their answer is the same. As it seems support and payment team are two separate things. I've filed SBR complain around 10 days ago and still wait for answer back. What are my options from here?

PS My account is fully verified and I've made 1 withdrawal prior this, which took around 1 month to be completed.

Hey, thanks for having me here.
I am in Bulgaria. I can't go on live chat, because site is blocked to our country IP addresses. I don't want to access via VPN in case it is against the TOS of Betmotion. Actually their so called 'live chat' was never live - aways made me leave a message and they responded in 24h after.
