yeah i had no idea until i saw the twitter feed. very piss poor on 5dimes. ive been with them forever never had an issue until now. whenever they have a clear line error its always refunded.

You probably only spoke to first line CS.

It must have been a pretty obscure match if they didn't get slammed by people betting that under.

I'd try sending an email asking for a manager's attention to it. But maybe try to find a more official reference to the match rules than that twitter feed. Or something to at least confirm it.

did you bet the line before the game started? the elam ending starts with the first dead ball after the 4 minute mark with the highest scoring team needing 7 more points to win. The score was 63-54 thus the first team to 70 points wins.

f. Elam Ending Rules – At the first stoppage at or under 4:00 of the 4th quarter, the game clock stops and timed play ends. At this juncture, a target score shall be set, equal to the leading team's score plus seven (7). After returning from the media timeout, play shall resume without a game clock but with the shot clock, until one team matches or exceeds the target score.
i. Example: Team A leads Team B 70-63 at the first stoppage under 4:00. The game clock is turned off while the shot clock remains on. The target score is set to 77. The first team that reaches 77 wins the game.

Game could end At 47 or 107. The line is fair.

Once the Elam ending is triggered, first stoppage under 4 minutes left, then the total 7 more than team leading is the points needed to win.

So Twitter saying first to 70 wins is because Elam ending triggered at leading team being at 63
