I have been a loyal and old member of Nitrogen Sports for quite some time now (4 years I believe) and today i'm experiencing an issue that I've never experienced before.
I made a withdraw request today on Wednesday 1:36 AM EDT. Then I went to sleep expecting it to be processed within 1-2 hours like usual. The most I've waited for a withdrawal was 5-6 hours. I'm from those days where back them, withdrawals used to take 5-10 mins.
10 hours later I log in my account and see the withdrawal still pending. I ask in their chatbox why is the withdrawal still pending after requesting it 10 hours ago, and I get the usual reply from the moderator "WD's can take up to 24 hours to be processed..". Ok, I understand that and aware of that perfectly, just that I have never seen any of my withdraw take this long before.
Fast forward some time later, I tried to say something in chat and I get: "12:01pm System [0]You are banned for another 9999939 minutes (Account Frozen)."
I have never experienced anything like this before. So I sent a ticket to the support why my account is being frozen. I have done nothing wrong. I've always bet by the rules and have at least 250-500 BTC in transactions/bets since I've joined Nitrogen.
This is the reply I get from the support:

Hello 6XXXXX, We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that your account is currently under review for possible late lines. Although we are unable to provide a time frame for this process to complete, rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as we have any updates. Your patience is greatly appreciated! Best regards, Lucy W."
I have not bet on any late lines that i am aware of. Never ever. I always place my bets in time. Even for live wagers, I have never placed any bet late.
Earlier today there was another user in their chat who was complaining about the same issue, and I got that exact same reply that he got also.
There was another user who said there was 2-3 other people who is have similar problems, and another one who got his account frozen also for late lines and got it unfrozed after 30 minutes of talking with support.
My withdrawal was finally processed but I don't understand why my account is still frozen with bitcoins in it and I have yet to receive a reply from the support. It's been 3 hours now.
