Past week, I requested a payout of over 1,300,00 USD from BetCris. Hours after that I noticed the amount I requested was returned to my BetCris account. I entered the chat, and asked what happened. They told me there was a mistake. I then requested a higher payout.. They accepted this request and made the deposit one day after.
I kept on playing, not very worried about the "mistake". But on Thursday past week (July 19th), BetCris decided to simply remove over 1,300,00 USD (same amount I requested) from my account. In my history there, it is noted as a "DISBURSEMENT" (I sent an image attached to help@sportsbookreview.com). When I joined the chat to question that, they said that was about two deposits I made, and that the amount would be in my bank account in a matter of days.
They said sorry, sent me messages (I also forwarded all of them to you). I have not received a single cent since then. I tried to talk to them, and they always say different things. First, they said it was a disbursement (still showing in my history). Then, they said it was the amount I requested days before. Then, they today said they need some information from me. I've sent all my info to them, I've been using BetCris for a long time, and my account is 100% verified and validated.
They then asked me to contact my bank, which I did. My bank requested info about the account from where the amount was coming, because they couldn't find anything in their system. I asked BetCris, and they denied. Agent Adolfo in their chat asked me if I received an e-mail from them asking for some information. I said no, and indeed I never received any e-mail from them. Just the transcriptions of the chats. I'd really love to report this. I wouldn't like other people to experience the same that I'm experiencing.
