    Over 1,300 USD disappeared from my BetCris account
    Dear friends from SBR,
    Past week, I requested a payout of over 1,300,00 USD from BetCris. Hours after that I noticed the amount I requested was returned to my BetCris account. I entered the chat, and asked what happened. They told me there was a mistake. I then requested a higher payout.. They accepted this request and made the deposit one day after.
    I kept on playing, not very worried about the "mistake". But on Thursday past week (July 19th), BetCris decided to simply remove over 1,300,00 USD (same amount I requested) from my account. In my history there, it is noted as a "DISBURSEMENT" (I sent an image attached to help@sportsbookreview.com). When I joined the chat to question that, they said that was about two deposits I made, and that the amount would be in my bank account in a matter of days.
    They said sorry, sent me messages (I also forwarded all of them to you). I have not received a single cent since then. I tried to talk to them, and they always say different things. First, they said it was a disbursement (still showing in my history). Then, they said it was the amount I requested days before. Then, they today said they need some information from me. I've sent all my info to them, I've been using BetCris for a long time, and my account is 100% verified and validated.
    They then asked me to contact my bank, which I did. My bank requested info about the account from where the amount was coming, because they couldn't find anything in their system. I asked BetCris, and they denied. Agent Adolfo in their chat asked me if I received an e-mail from them asking for some information. I said no, and indeed I never received any e-mail from them. Just the transcriptions of the chats. I'd really love to report this. I wouldn't like other people to experience the same that I'm experiencing.

      I sent it too, and I received an e-mail confirming it. I also sent all the transcriptions of the chats with BetCris' agents.

        Annoying but just sounds like an accounting error that they will eventually get sorted out for you.

          I truly hope so, because I have always trusted BetCris. However, they keep on changing versions for what's happening. One day they say one thing, the other, they say another thing... and I keep on waiting.

          It is not the type of behaviour of a A+ rated sportsbook.

              Yes. It will be allocated to a dispute agent who will email you. But office staff off duty right now so it wont be tonight.

                  Just an update:

                  I had a chat with agent Miranda, who explained that there was an error from BetCris and saying that they are sorry and are working on this to fix it as soon as possible.

                  I will offer follow-ups here on this, but this particular agent offered information and sounded honest. It sounded like the BetCris I have been dealing with for sometime. I just hope it truly is, because I have never had problems with them.

                      Fortunately, I received the disbursement. It was a mistake from BetCris, but they were very attentive at the end of the process, offered information and I received the amount I should receive correctly.
