Yeah, it's too bright and it looks outdated. Though I do like that live betting is one the same page rather than opening another window.

it's an upgrade in my eyes, I really don't give a fukk what the colors are. My main concern is being able to place bets faster and not have to hunt around for 5-10 minutes like with the old software.

FYI, some of my old MLB season total bets placed in March didn't show up in "open bets" but they are still there. Customer service says you will be able to see all old bets soon.

The white background sucks. It definitely looked far more modern the old way they had it. Also, the scores on the live betting don't seem to be showing up. For baseball, it used to show you who was on base, how many outs there were, and the score. Now only the score and it's usually not updating.

Not a fan of their new live betting. One of the big reasons I like them was their old platform. Easy to navigate. Had a fairly good running clock and easy to get in a quick bet.

Also, on laptop can't scroll up to see plays. Can't get MLB player props and pitcher props in one easy, separate location. This needs to be fixed.

It’s happened to a lot of people. I’m missing 32 wagers worth over $1700 (stake). They keep telling me not to worry - and I’m not too worried - but it really should have been fixed by now.

The upgrade getting rid of the Review Wager button and going straight to submit is a big loss for me. I suppose now we’re just supposed to guess what the max bet is and hope we’re correct?

Agree completely! Without being able to scroll up I can't figure out when I have maxed out on a wager.

same here. i have ~40 pending wagers from before the site update (~$2000 stake). the stake was not added to my available balance, so i have to assume they are keeping records of the pre-update wagers.

i had a future wager on aleksander usyk to win the cruiserweight boxing tournament (he won), and it has not been graded in over a week. i sent them a message and did not get a reply. trying chat now.

i'm unable to post the chat transcript, but here is the summary.

- i asked whether bovada is fixing the issue of displaying pre-update pending wagers. i was told bovada is "working on fixing this issue 24/7" but an exact timeframe is unknown. told to keep checking periodically for an update.

- i inquired about my boxing future on usyk and why it has not been graded, but I was asked to provide a reference number for the wager, which i don't have. i asked why he couldn't just search by the date the wager was placed, and he said his system can only go back 30 days.

- he offered to put in a request to the supervisor to email me a statement of all pending wagers. he said it would take 1-2 days to receive the statement. so i'm going to wait and see if that statement comes in, then i can provide a reference number for the pending wager that should be settled.

to be continued... but they better hope the issue is resolved by the end of mlb regular season, otherwise they are going to be dealing with lots of unhappy customers.

I’m feeling better about this as of yesterday. I finally got a call back from a supervisor at Bovada. Of my 32 originally missing wagers, all had been loaded into the new system except for 7. The supervisor helped me realize that 4 of those 7 had been voided (and all were fair). So I only have 3 outstanding now and after speaking with him, I’m comfortable that they are working on this.

Really, I just wanted someone to give me some real info and not the standard answer.
