BetPhoenix withdrawal issue due to bonus rollover?
In the last 10+ years I haven't veered away from Heritage or 5dimes, but this MLB season I did and now I am regretting it.

I'm seeking help with an issue I am having with BetPhoenix regarding a payout request (I have a balance of roughly $4k and requested a withdrawal of $2k that was just rejected).

I received a $799 bonus from them on a deposit to start the MLB season in April and I have done pretty well. They informed me it was a 18x rollover requirement. My understanding at the time of deposit is that it was 18x the bonus, which would be $14,382. They said I have wagered over $18k (which, according to their own data is far off from what I have), but need to wager more than $32k to satisfy this requirement. What am I missing here?

Thanks for any help you can provide!

I don't use that site but on most sites it's deposit amount PLUS bonus times rollover.

It is Deposit + Bonus "winnings" Or bonus (whichever is higher) times rollover I think

also some places count dimeline baseball as only half for rollover not sure if they do or not.

Thanks for the info, guys. Any advice on how to best meet this requirement?

Seems to me that the average guy would never be able to see a withdrawal on bonuses if this were the case. Heritage and 5dimes no longer give me bonuses, no complaints, though, so I thought I'd give BetPhoenix a shot since they were offering such a nice one. This just seems shady to me.

I use a spreadsheet for all my bets and have a total of $26,700 risked since April, but they are showing $18,100 (so maybe that goes to what you are saying about only certain bets counting towards it).

Thankfully I kept the chat transcript from March when I was asking about this.

The agent, Rosie, told me 18k was all that needed to be wagered prior to withdrawal. I just forwarded it to their customer service department. I hope they will honor their word.

No way I would've deposited had I known it was 32k to be wagered.

          Thanks again, all.

if you wager 300 to win 100, the 100 counts towards the rollover number.
if you wager 100 to win 100, the 100 counts towards the rollover number.
if you wager 100 to win 300, the 100 counts towards the rollover number.

The lower amount always in the book's favour. Only cash wagers count towards the rollover.

That will likely be the discrepancy.

Also, remember that if the winnings from the freeplay exceed the freeplay amount, the rollover number will be higher than if the freeplay winnings were equal or lower that the initial freeplay amount.

This group of books can be pretty annoying to deal with in terms of negotiating rollover etc, but deposit + freeplay winnings has been their rollover standard for a while. I'd be surprised if they honored the chat rep stating that it would be a different amount, but it's worth a shot. Might want to consider an SBR complaint. Good luck

With rollover that calculates on bonus winnings, some people will play the other side of the bet at a different book, to have a shot at keeping the bonus and avoiding the rollover.

How much was the winnings from bonus bet/s? Does the 32k make sense if the rollover is calculated on bonus winnings?

Just an FYI as I have used Bet Px on and off for several years. My only complaint was their policy of structured payouts. They can better explain what that actually means.
One of their agents told me that I would be better off not using the FP bonus until needed so if I was winning I could make a withdrawal at anytime. Also, only the winning FP bets count towards the rollover obligation.

Well, unfortunately this hasn't gotten better.

Yesterday I asked customer service if I was eligible yet and the representative told me I had wagered 35k and only had to complete 32k and I was certainly eligible. I submitted a withdrawal request and was denied. They are now saying I've only wagered 24k.

This is twice customer service has supposedly given wrong information, the other time was on the initial deposit. I sceeenshot the chat and sent it to them and they just said "we're sorry for the wrong information you were given."

Frustrating. Still have $4k in there that I want to pull out asap and am still in bonus rollover prison.

Keep in mind the rollover includes deposit plus FP BUT only the money won on the FP bets.So if the FP is 1000 and you win a net of 500 from the FP only the net amount is used towards the rollover obligation.Great policy as all/most other SBs base the rollover on the entire FP amount.
