I very rarely bet on soccer so I probably don't have an understanding on this but I placed a bet on the Russia/Croatia game yesterday and the bet was Over 3, I took the over 3 to get a better odds as it was +300 and the over 2 was like even money.
I did not see anywhere that said it was just regulation time and not extra time. I know it would not include the penalty kicks. I have looked everywhere I can find on the World Cup betting rules and see nothing about extra time not being included with the bet.
If this is standard practice that is fine but I wish it was stated in the rules or on the wager ticket or something. Again I am new to soccer betting and just may not understand.
