1xbet says btc deposit takes up to 24 hours

So i recently signed up with 1xbet as they accept bitcoins and made my initial deposit. Waited a few hours to find out my deposit is not yet credited despite 18+ confirmations in the blockchain.

I contacted live chat and they mentioned it takes 3-5 hours so i waited. After the timeframe i contacted email support only to be notified that it takes 24 hours.

Normally other books would credit the moment you get 1 confirmation. What is the deal with 1xbet? Is this normal?

3 confirmations are usually enough. 1xbet should be avoided like plague, I have absolutely no clue why people keep visiting that site in the first place since there is hundreds of "1xbet scammed me" topics all over the forums...
