Vegas mobile apps for sports betting

Say I fly into vegas and make a deposit at a book, then leave the state. Can I still use their phone app to wager when I'm not in the state? I saw on the internet you had to be in Nevada to use those apps. I didn't know if they changed it so you can use it from anywhere now. Also, do all the books have these mobile apps now or just a few?

I tried calling about these but they won't answer gambling questions over the phone wtf.

You can sign up and use them anytime you are in Nevada.

They use a phone locators to make sure you are still in the state while wagering.

You won't have access outside the state though.

As far as I know 11 of the 13 unique outs have them, with Stratosphere and Jerry's Nugget being the only ones who don't.
