BETDSI issues freeplay bonus then rescinds from account after losing
Recently deposited on two occasions using code CUP200 which offers 100% freeplay and 100% casino bonus. Deposited $500 and lost both sports and casino freeplays and the $500 cash. CS told me the bonus could be used twice.
Deposited a second time and was credited $500 freeplay for sports but not casino. After losing $362 in sports contacted CS and asked about the casino bonus and was told was not eligible for the bonuses because i had withdrawn and not redeposited enough. CS then removed the $500 freeplay credit which had been sitting in my account.
This was after at least ten prior deposits since i had made a withdrawal, all of which were credited their regular 15% bonus, and losing all the deposits as well as bonuses. Their terms and conditions does state that you need to redeposit withdrawals before getting a bonus, but I do not believe it is my responsibility to monitor that, and if their system is crediting bonuses they should be honoured. So now I'm out another $362 which i probably would not have deposited there if now for the bonus. Any thoughts on this?

I deposited $500 for the same bonus. When the bonuses (100% sports and 100% casino) did not get added, I contacted them by live chat. I got the same explanation about past withdrawals (from last year!), which made me ineligible for the CUP2000 promo. It's a sleazy bait and switch tactic IMO. So now I have to bet the $500 one time before pulling my money out. If I'm not eligible for the promo, then it shouldn't be listed in the banking area for my account. I'd been with DSI for many years before their split with Bookmaker and never had to deal with anything like this.

Thanks for the offer, but I've completed the 1x rollover on the deposit and will move on. Lesson learned!

had a conversation with management today...supposedly the system automatically awards bonuses to everyone regardless as to whether they have made withdrawals...Despite the fact the first CUP200 bonus was credited MANUALLY by an agent who said this bonus was good for two deposits. I've probably lost 50K over the years there but they want to lose my business over a freeplay bonus? A good way for a book to go broke in the long run.
Recommend everyone stay away...and don't trust the bonuses your'e credited with of you've made a withdrawal in the past.
