In the future why not just wait till they grade it on their own?
Bovada usually very quick to grade things.

Thank you for sharing. Please file a complaint form and we will ask Bovada to take a look.

Bovada great book could work on different bonuses for re-uping and long time users. A lot of books are going to have to work on stuff like this if they want to keep business with all the options that are going to be a aviable.

We spoke with Bovada. It was graded wrong initially adding to the player's confusion, but graded correctly in the end as a loss. He wagered K Bertens -1.5 sets. Bertens won 2-1, so this wager was a loss. It was not removed from his account. It is refelcted under activity -> transactions. The OP likely didn't recognize which transaction it was since he forgot the amount he wagered on the match and shared he made many wagers that day.

Yeah Bovada normally on top of things and a solid out for American players imo.

So OP didn't realize he lost the bet but accused Bovada of stealing his money?
