w88 does not pay 5000 USD

Hi,

I have been betting on supposedly one of the biggest sportsbooks in Asia w88, I deposited and withdrew multiple times by neteller but right now when my balance reached almost 5000 USD they don't want to pay out.

They are claiming that they have problems with neteller (it's been 2 weeks already) and no international bank transfer is possible. So basically I can't pay out my money. Support is terrible and they don't even want to tell me where their license is issued. I found out myself that they are licensed by first cagayan leisure under Marquee Holdings Ltd. Support doesn't reply to me anymore or return my e-mails.

What can I do? Surely they can't just keep my money because they claim there is a problem with neteller - while any other bookie in the world doesn't have any problem?

Hi - If you haven't already fill out our Complaint Form and one of our Dispute Analysts will be in contact with you to discuss your issue with w88.

If they have told you they will pay you and it's a technical issue I doubt you are not going to be paid. Whether it's a real excuse to delay or not, if they say you are going to be paid you almost certainly will be.

Have you submitted your complaint to First Cagayan?

This case can be closed - suddenly Neteller started working and I got my funds... Could have been technical after all...
