1XBET not paying/no feedback.

Good afternoon dear all, it’s my first post on this community.

I always had normal relation with 1XBET, always able to make withdrawals with no problem at all. In fact I was surprised how fast the money was in my account.
The problem came last 20^th April. I earned 800€ and I asked for the withdrawal. It was not approved cause they needed to verify the account. I sent all the documents they asked. On 28^th April, my payment was approved but till now (07-05-2018) I didn’t get any payment. I’m in touch with them by email (chat just give redundant answers) and they are asking everyday my bank account details but not giving any feedback about what is happening.
Is this normal?

I have to be honest and recognise that i did severeal withdrawals with no problems 300€, 400€ and 500€).

This time its all very weird, a just got reduntant answers. Wait, wait and more wait.

I have no idea where you got that from. 1xbet is universally regarded as one of the worst off-shore sportsbook in existence. Nobody should ever play there. They have a history of scamming players.

They said the verification process was finished with success and payment was done today.
Will give update.

First thing: just today the payment transaction was done in fact.
Yesterday i had email saying the verification process was finished and payment done.
Today mornming i realized that those 800€ were in my main account again. During the verification they took that money.

Now i did a new request and it was approved.


They asked me photo of my ID, invoice with my adress, Print screen of my bank account with the transactions.
I was with no answer for almost 3 weeks and been sending emails every single day.

If the payment dont come in 5 days its time to try a complaint.

Lets see how it goes, Ill keep updated.
