What’s the the current status on depositing to 5dimes with debit/credit card?

I heard some sketchy things were going on a while back with people getting their financial information stolen and fraudulent unauthorized transactions after using their cards to deposit on 5dimes. Is this still going on? I was wondering if it’s safe or not.

Debit card has always been an option for me. I made a deposit on may 5th and 7th with a **** and had no issues. My card was compromised about a year ago OP and I didn't deposit again via CC until September. So far so good.
