Understand the feeling. It feels like an invasion of privacy. But you are best to just do it without complaint and hope they don't ask for a lot more. Then get out of there.

I had a deposit of around 800 euros and the balance was 4,000 euros. After 60 messages and sending all documents and selfies, they canceled all the winning bets and they paid me only the deposit. They are great scamers and criminals.

tengo el mismo problema me siento humillado . Me piden fotos de tarjeta junto a mi cara . Junto al correo de seguridad. Y no dejan que retire el dinero. Alguien ha logrado sacar sus beneficios de Melbet?

Solo puedo sugerirte lo mismo que a Seljack en la publicación # 6 arriba. Si les da la información que desean, por lo general al menos le devolverán su depósito.

hi everybody! I would like to share my recent experience with melbet, who refused to pay me 2 won bets..

On the 17th of September 2020, I put 2 bets on two different esport games (CS:GO) , betting in both cases on Team 2 Handicap (+1,5). In both games Team 2 lost by 2-1 (it is a best of 3 game, a team in order to win the game has to win 2 maps ). So , according to the official result of the match, I should have won my bet, beacause I bet on Team 2 with Handicap +1,5 map. You can see above my two bet slips.

I contacted with these scams(I mean melbet) and unfortunately they provide me as an excuse that according to their terms and conditions (you can see above), I should have claimed my winnings within 72 hours.
"After receiving returns, the bettor shall check if the winnings are correct. Should the bettor disagree with the winnings, they shall give notice to the bookmaker thereof with their account number, date, time, event, stake, selection, odds, and reasons of disagreement being stated. Any claims regarding winnings may be filed within 10 (ten) days. All bet calculation claims for Cyber-Live games are accepted within 72 hours from the moment of game ending."

I understand that probably I should have double checked earlier my bets results, but despite of that I feel that I have been robbed and they just tell it in my face, that "OK you have right but it is too late dude".
