    May I ask SBR to intervene with this please?

    They rejected my third different utility bill as well, stating that I still send the same documents. I have sent every utility bill that I receive. Dont know what to do.

          Do they not have a phone number you can call them at? Person-to-person contact is the way to go when there is a dispute so you can get things cleared up.

            I disagree. Strongly.

            After handling thousands of complaint cases, the few I have relented and used voice to talk to books almost always turn bad.

            Made the same error recently after a demanding player insisted the same as you, and as a regular here I wanted to see him happy. Of course the book rep agrees to one thing on the call and then later acts like we never spoke about it.

            Anyway, you are almost always far better with the discussion in writing.

                            Hello everyone,

                            I want to share my experience on Campeonbet with you. I deposited for the first time a few months ago to bet on the World Cup and to play some casino games. I had some success and was able to win 1.500 €.

                            In october I recognized that my maximum bet was limited to 16 Cent (!) il conversationwithout any reason or information so I had no other choice than to ask for a withdrawal. Here is what happened after I sent all my documents for verification on 16.10.2018:


                            18.10.2018: CAMPEON: do you use vpn?
                            ME: no I do not use VPN. I use a standard router (WLAN) from Deutsche Telekom.
                            CAMPEON: Did you visit another country? Because there are ip that you logged in from different countries.
                            ME: I have only visited Egypt this year for summer holiday. There I used the WIFI of my hotel.

                            20.10.2018:
                            ME: I sent all requested documents four days ago. Can you please give me the status of my KYC and withdrawal.

                            22.10.2018:
                            CAMPEON: There is an ip from a different country from Germany and not Egypt.The kyc team will take a further investigation on your account and they will let you know as soon as possible.
                            ME: as I told you I have never used any VPN connections. I don’t even know technically how to activate this function. I am betting / playing poker for more than 10 years and there where never any issues with my accounts. Maybe you can send me the relevant date where another country appears so I can check out where I have been? This could be a possibility to clear this case.

                            25.10.2018:
                            CAMPEON: There is a breach of our terms and conditions(see below the relevant term).Your account found to have other accounts registered from the same IP.Your winnings will be voided,your account will close and next week it will open to take your deposit back.Please check the term below:
                            > 2.6 Your account must be registered in your own, correct, name and personal details and it shall only be issued once for you and not duplicated through any other person, family, household, address (postal or IP), email address, Access Device or any environment where Access Devices are shared (e.g. schools, workplaces, public libraries etc), computer (or other access device), and/or account in respect of the Services. Any other accounts which you open with us, or which are beneficially owned by you in relation to the Services shall be "Duplicate Accounts". We may close any Duplicate Account (but we shall not be obliged to do so).

                            I will not accept this decision. My IP is directly connected to the router of the German Telekom. As far as I know they use a server located in Schleswig-Holstein in northern Germany. It is a fact that I only opened one account on this site. In no way I used a second account or another name. No details of my personal Information is connected to anyone else. For me it seems obvious that Campeonbet tries everything to keep my winnings. At first they told me I used VPN. When I asked for details they were unable to deliver any proof. Now they try it with „multiple accounts“ which is very shady. There is no more reaction after I answered them asking for a new decision in my case.

                            So what can I do anymore? It is impossible to proof something I have NOT done. They are telling lies without any explaation and try to steal money.

                                There is no chance to get your money back unless you take legal action. The pseudo-licensor in Curacao won't take any action. Usually they ignore complaints from players. As long as you don't have a legal costs insurance that covers your costs better get used to the idea that your winnings are gone.

                                Most partners of BetConstruct which is the software supplier of Campeonbet are very shady. From 200+ books they work together I would say not even a dozen can considered to be reliable.

                                Campeonbet probably belongs to the worst group of BC books. They permanantly look for a reason not to pay. If you place one bet on a line that moves to your favor they will instantly boot you.

                                      When I just unsubscribed from Evobet newsletter I was surprised that I got redirected to the Campeonbet site which confirmed my unsubscription.

                                      It's not clear from one license validation page that these brands belong to the same owner CW Marketing B.V. as every site has its own validation page. Usually the brands of one owner are listed one after another on the same page.

                                      There are many negative reviews about Campeonbet, so treat with caution!

                                                It has come to a point that they now answer like once a week and whatever I send them they just reply "send another utility bill" they are bascically laughing and trolling now. They know I have sent everything possible. Sent them my latest utility bill as well. Rejected again without a reason.

Evobet which is a brand of the same company that operates Campeonbet just sent me the wrong amount of money when I requested a withdrawal a few days ago. I did not even make a profit there. They limited me after a couple of bets and rounded off the withdrawal amount saying "rest was charged by the bank institue" which is BS because bank transfers are free. I asked for a proof like a bank statement that shows the outgoing amount and the fee of the bank and they said they would reply by email which didn't happen.

                                                  Stay away from these places: Evobet = Campeonbet = Svenbet

                                                  They disdain and humiliate their customers!

                                                    Ok I have just noticed that as well! I also have bet at Evobet. Not knowingly at the time of course that they are from the same group called CW Marketing B.V. Just recently started to verify my account at Evobet and I can see that the KYC Team is the same and the same viscious cycle is starting, the document doesnt have a barcode etc. bla bla.

                                                    So obviously, this is the probably the reason they are playing with me. Since I have won 4 digits from both of these books and now theyre pissed or whatever. Even so, having different bookmaker accounts who are owned by the same company does not violate any term or condition.

                                                    Curacao hasnt been very helpful as of yet, but they are at least communicating with me.

                                                    Can I get any update from SBR on this please? I have filed two separate complaints but havent heard back from you.

                                                              Yes every book is doing this, less reputation they have to lose, more of this they are doing. And not to every player, just to ones who may be a long term winners. Being a professional gambler is one of the toughest jobs these days. I am not implying that you are a pro, just telling you the truth. Books are criminals and dont let anyone convince you otherwise. Anyone who will disagree by that statement is either a shill (getting paid by them) or a long term loser.

                                                                I have now sent a total of 14 documents to them. If they have no issues with my document, they simply dont reply. If they give a reason, for example, my PDF file of a bank statement showing transactions, they rejected it because it doesnt have a stamp (on a digital file)

                                                                  Requested cashout, they told me that they need verification.
                                                                  Sent them ID,sofort payment verification and at the end selfie and after 1 week got that message:
