How can they take out twice please post wager here...if it was misgraded as win they would take twice as you would go from plus 1 unit to even then down 1 for correction

The adjsutment was to remove the win and take a loss. Problem is they did it twice. It’s in my history as an adjsutment twice and the coin is missing.

They have acknowledged the error and said they would fix it but haven’t. I did just get a support note saying it would be fixed tomorrow.

I’m not laughing as it’s not a laughing matter. It sucks I lost all that there and feel like shit for it and your post doesn’t help.

So they did not steal anything corect? There was as error and said it will be fixed.....sounds like great CS to me....throwing insults in chat is never a good idea always go through private email and be considerate will get better results

Just be patient with them..one time I won 2k playing baccarat and when I was done the money never got transferred to my main account. It simply disappeared. If I went back to the bac table it was gone.

Went thru support and they kept telling me to wait but about 3 days later they fixed it. Sucks but at least they fixed it...just be patient.

Update..still waiting for resolution. Have had these types of issues with other books and they were usually resolved within hours this. We are up to 54 hours at this point ....
