I can't access that link. I am in one of the restricted countries. I can't even get to their customer support and ask why is my country restricted.
That´s the reason i was asking in here...

They would not tell you anyway. It's their private business. It could be due to having business interests in your country. Living there. Ties between your country and the books licensing country. Or maybe someone key has family there and wants to be able to visit without concern. Or a myriad of other reasons.

And what point would there be? Do you want to argue about it? That wont help.
