Yes, it's another BC site, operated by Radon B.V.

Radon has tons of skins, never had serious troubles with them, just some voided bets, always got paid in the end, a payout never took more than 4 weeks. I would say 2-3 weeks is the average payout time.

speed-bet is scam. they limited me to zero after 3 bets 2 won and one lost. I have a small bonus and can't withdraw. they say they can't do anything since the system has limited me (??!!!). stay away from this site or any other betconstruct site.

I gave it a chance and i like this bookmaker. I didnt had any problem with them yet and payouts are surprisingly fast, which is great for me.
