Made a live bet on the Australian Open 1 week ago for a games over under and won. I was told a glitch made the bet unable to be payed out until the next day....ok.
5 emails and a week later still no response from Betonline regarding the payout, all I get is "We have forwarded it on to the relevant department".
The bet is still sitting in my pending wagers, not sure how this company gets an A+ rating after so many stories I have seen on them after my experiences, I will not be betting with them again
