You are the man! Oh and Thanks! I noticed the background color changed from red to whatever color that's called... beige(?). Anyway, didn't particularly paid attention to the change, but I just checked to see my points, which is at 8,545,205.32, and just now noticed that I'm in the Red Room, too. Congrats! I think it changed on May 1, but weird that they didn't send an email that I'm now at the highest level. I agree that, if her story is accurate, then Bovada should pay her (or him?) in full. Also, did she even file SBR complaint as it wasn't very clear that she did? If she did, then why don't we wait for the outcome?

Don't even care anymore. Bovada disabled my account and many others claiming our ************ did a charge back. As far as I know, no one ever got credit back onto their credit card account.

Bovada makes the allegation and we have the burden to show it didn't happen. They simply disabled my account stating a charge back occurred from a cc deposit on Feb 22. WTH?! That's almost 4 months ago and there is nothing on my cc account showing a credit back. But they said I have to wait 10 business days, June 17, before I can then complain again, basically. I guess they need to disable several accounts to maintain the Red Room... what a joke!
