BTC payout from BetOnline was removed for "DoubleSpending"

I've got a $1,000 payout from BetOnline that has been pending for almost 3 weeks. When I search the transaction ID on most sites, it can no longer be found. However, when I search on btc.com, I can see that the transaction was removed for "DoubleSpending". I've reached out to BetOnline's customer service team and they requested that I send them a screenshot of my coinbase wallet. After doing that, they just keep telling me to wait...

Coinbase still shows the transaction as "pending" in my wallet, but I'm not very confident that this payout will ever arrive. Has anyone had any experience with a sportsbook "doublespending" your bitcoin? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

It will likely be that someone has double spent funds to them, and they have paid out those funds to you before they were reversed in their wallet.


I would not worry but probably need to be a little patient whilst they confirm exactly what has happened.

They will get it fixed but if you do end up having trouble just shoot in a sportsbook complaint form and we can ask a manager to take a look.
