Made btc deposit 24 hours ago and they are saying that they dont see any deposit being made. I offered to email them the transaction from blockchain. but the customer service rep said it wouldnt make a difference.

Did they send you an email with the bitcoin adress you were supposed to send the coins to or did you happen to take a screenshot of the adress? Is it at all possible you sent it to the wrong adress?

I verified the btc address with them over the phone off of my blockchain account.
