Dear SBR,

I submitted complaint against this bookmaker.
Deposited 450eur last week to them via ecopayz and at Friday sent them my documents.
Yesterday they replied with answer that they can't read the documents
Allthough they are popular on the Russian market and they have as well Russian language at the website, they can't read Bulgarian documents , jokers.
Than i was blocked from their livechat + from their whatsapp numbers.
I will be happy if someone can help me with this jokers to take at least my deposit back.
Have 870eur at my account now.

Looks to me that all turkish books are more or less pure scam.

To be honest not all of them.
Used other bookmakers of pronet and didn't have problems till now.
For first time, facing problem with this scammers.
Hope SBR to take some action about the case.

Wanted to give an update.
Yesterday sent them all the required documents, translated from Bulgarian to English.
According their rules, they have 72 hours to reply me.
My account is suspended now even, so can't login to place a bet.
Thanks also to Brad, who follows up close the case.
Will inform about my issue if i get an update from these jokers.
