Betphoenix and Skybook Should Not Be Rated B
I have several offshore accounts and don't use skybook and betphoenix regularly, but I always make 2 deposits there for the great bonus and play there for about 2-3 months a year during football season.

I have had a couple horrible experiences with betphoenix that I know is owned by the same company that skybook is owned by. First, I won a bet on Houston against Golden in a game that ended at 1:30 PM EST. It took them 6 hours to grade the bet - it was like no one was home and they weren't going to grade the bet before the morning. Second, they don't grade prop bets for hours -I won a a prob bet on the Atlanta-New England game and it took them 3 hours to grade the bet, which was only graded after I talked to customer support. I can't even talk to customer support with their new website unless I log out of the site and the site has no openers either.

I've never had any issues with grading of bets.
They deserve a C in my opinion. Their cashier page never works. It's just an error page. All bitcoin deposits/payouts are done through live chat. It took them a full week to pay me out with max bitcoin the other week. I had to call three times to ask whats up. Three different days and spoke with the same person who kept telling me it will be sent later today, then it was tomorrow, then the next day.

They change their terms after you take their bonuses. I've had my limits go from $500 to $250 max on everything. I had turned $500 into $6000 and their rollover is ridiculous for a free play bonus.

My experience is with Skybook but I also played on Betphoenix. Even I agree on this one with morino. They should not have a B rating. Bait and switch, slow payouts with Bitcoin etc. Even Sportsbook.ag is 10x better than Skybook and they are a D rating. At least they pay me within 48 hours regularly.

Definitely not "B" group of books. So basically they are rated similar to where Betpop/Youwager was a year ago. Seemed very odd when I seen the rating increase.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one thinking this way.
