Today i got lured in to play at betdsi because they offered a 101 percent bonus. When i joined i couldn't make a depiosit due to issues with their site but support was quick enough to generate a btc address for me to send money to.
So i got the deposit, but no bonus. I talked to chat again, they said i am not eligible. Although i did see in their website in the cashier area that i am. One rep said i am not eligible because i live in the Philippines and another said the offer has expired so i do not know which is true.
I told myself fine, let's play without a bonus then.
Fast forward to winning my wager. I wanted to cash out immediately and just run for my life. This is where it became more difficult.
Apparently their website again gives me an error when making a btc withdrawal so i go over to support again.
First rep tells me that i have to cleat browser cache and i did. He also told me to wait until the next day as accounting is closed. I asked how long a withdrawal takes and he said it's an hour. This is completely fine.
Next day around 7 am et, second rep tells me that a supervisor needs to do a manual override so i can make a withdrawal. I need to contact them in 2 hrs. I said fine.
I came back on live chat around 9 am est and this time they said that a manager needs to be on shift because they cannot process it themselves. I asked what time. They said be back by 2 pm est. I was pretty pissed off by this time but i told them I'll wait.
In the last conversation i had with them, rep asks me the same usual questions and i had to start from scratch in explaining what happened. This time rep tells me to send an email to them stating the amount and btc wallet where i want funds to go. I quickly comply and ask the eta and now they are saying 24 business hours. I said no because previous rep said an hour and all they can say is an apology for the misinformation.
I don't know why these guys have such a good rating here but please be careful dealing wuth these guys.
