Update:
They have replied. They told me, that my account is closed, because i haven`t place a Bet over 180 Days and take the following Tearm and Condition. They don`t want to gave back my Deposit Money and taking this Rule also as reference
10. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS 10.1 If you have not placed any Stake in your Player Account for a continuous period of one hundred and eighty (180) days (the Grace Period) your account shall deemed to be inactive, and any balance may be confiscated.
Is this Rule, is such a Rule legal? - to confisicate the Money of a Player, who didn`t do nothing wrong, uploaded all documents, but his only """mistake""" was the fact, that the customer did not bet for 180 days (i couldn`t bet there with amounts over 1€, that`s why i only wanted to withdrawal my money and uploaded all Documents before, which were requested on their Homepage)!
Never seen such a rule anywhere else.
They didn`t send me any Alert-Email, that f.e. in one month the account will be closed or anythinmg like this. Nothing. Only taking this obscure Rule and confisicate my Money.
Could u pls help me? Although i have opened a complaint, nobody of SBR replied till today.

Most sites have a similar rule, but 180 days is definitely on the shorter side. Good Luck, hope you're able to get your funds.

VitalBet claims that they contacted you in July asking you to verify your documents for their KYC procedures, and that you did not respond for 3 months, which triggered their dormancy closure. We are asking why you haven't received your deposit back.

yes, they have told me, that they have sent me an email July, where they requested sth, but i haven`t receive it, haven`t read it, maybe landed in Spam Folder, otherwise, i would have replied. I have offered them to send again, whatever they want to have, although i have uploaded all Docs they requested on their Homepage, but no reation to my offer. I can accept, that they close my account, but i can`t accept, that they confisicate my deposit money. It is my Money. Holding back Money, because of a missing Document, or a not placed bet within 180 days? Not acceptable!
