10 days and betcris still can't get their live betting problem sorted, thinking of shifting to another book, its ridiculous, i have sent them screenshots of the problem and explained in detail, done whatever they told me yet they cannot sort this out and the response from the customer service is pretty vague to say the least, i think SBR should take this up with them and give us an answer.

I am sure an A+ Book cannot have such a problem lingering for 10 days !

Betcris has been telling since a few days now that everything is fine at their end and that live betting is doing fine but some customers are facing a problem only... so what are those customers supposed to do? stop betting ? lol
