#38Wikipedia: "Gambling operations using information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet, and communication means, including mobile communications, are prohibited."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gambling_in_Russia#Legality
"Online gambling is completely banned in Russia, as is land based gambling in all but four regions of the country. It doesn’t appear that this is likely to change any time in the near future either, although it is believed many Russians do continue to gamble online."
https://www.gamblingsites.com/online-gambling-jurisdictions/russia/
But I also read that there are 5 providers which got a license in the meantime (http://www.igamingbusiness.com/news/leon-joins-russia-s-online-gambling-market). Obv. the market has been liberalized a bit if it's true.

I would not have banned you for complaining about 1xbet btw! Must have been something more than that. Maybe 1xbet sent proof you had cheated/scammed... in which case I will give an infraction if you keep going with the criticism.
Anyway, lets forget that for now and try again to get you paid like everyone else here..Comment -

Which effectively means they can only offer online betting to local citizens, not the rest of us..Comment -

#41This is not a smart post Rudy. If you were banned and made a new account I am supposed to just re-ban you now if admin had not picked it up themselves.

I don't think that would be a fair way for me to act. Might have seemed that way to you but must have been more to it.
Anyway. lets just get this all sorted if we can now. ;-).Comment -

#47Obv. even players with small balances got scammed:
1XBet Sportsbook Player Requests Help
10.14.2017A 1XBet (SBR rating D-) player has claimed that he has been waiting for over a week for his account to be unlocked by the sportsbook. The player has said that he shared all documents required of him to satisfy the Know Your Customer (KYC) process but has not heard back regarding his €133 balance. SBR is investigating.

#49Why do people play at these awful sites? If they entice you with large cash bonuses with obscene rollover requirements, that is because they have no customers to pay their personal salaries. And if by chance you run up a balance after meeting the rollover requirements, they will never payout the full amount.Comment -

#51they don deserve to have an F - and they have nothing to do with an inland shop sportsbook 1xbet in russia - they advertize like they are one company - but the legal name is different and they are scamming you for sure if you reside abroad - cause only way one can resolve a conflict is within the country.
Why arent they still an F?Comment -

#52Guys the only chance to take them down is to cut their access to clients funds, more exactly to send a complain to the payment operator that you used to deposit and to copy in Cc the regulator of the payment operator, for example in case of Neteller and Skrill is FCA (consumer.queries@fca.org.uk)
If they will receive many complains they will have to review the bookmaker and in the end to stop the collaboration.
For example Neteller knows that if they continue to cover fraudulent bookies they risk huge fines, like the one they had to pay in USA (136 million USD).
If a bookmaker is losing the most important sources of funds then they have to change their attitude or they will go out of business.Comment -
