    NitrogenSports Issue
I started using nitrogen about a week ago and I fell in love with this book due to the fast payouts. However i ran into an issue with NitrogenSports about an hour ago. I requested a payout and got this email.

    Hello 24637,

I hope this ticket finds you well.
We are contacting you regarding your most recent withdrawal request. After a deep review from our team, we found that your location overlaps with other accounts 24637 and 20879.
We would like to remind you the following information from our rules:
    Multiple Accounts.
No multiple Accounts. As detailed above under the "user accounts" section, the use of multiple accounts by the same Nitrogen user/player is considered fraudulent and is prohibited."
Based on this information your poker access has been disabled. Going forward, if you agree to use only one account, then we will unblock your account from poker on this account and we will allow your withdraws.

Please keep in mind, if we find multi-accounting activity going forward, your accounts will be blocked and the funds may be seized.
We will be expecting your reply in regards to the above assessment.

    Best regards,
    William

I have never used multiple accounts and it's very frustrating . All activity has been done on my cell phone. They did unlock my account and I just withdrew all my coins from there because I don't like the fact that they threatened that they can seize my funds. Like i said i have never used multiple accounts. Has anyone else ran into this issue? This is honestly ridiculous because I'm asking for i information on the other account that they claim I'm using and they refuse to give me anything. They have no phone number to call and speak to a supervisor . Any suggestions or help will be appreciated. Thanks SBR

We hear from lots of people who have been told their IP or device has been used by another account but they think it is impossible.

But not many instances where the book warns the player and pays them. So that part is good.

I doubt there is anything you can do to 'prove' they are wrong so it's not sensible to continue betting there though. :\

It's crazy. I have been using several of these offshore books for a long period of time and this is the first time I ever ran into an issue like this and quite frankly it's very aggravating because I never had multiple accounts

Punishment for multi is because of poker. You'll get your money if you only bet on sports.

They did the same thing to me a while back. Blocked my poker access and claimed I was multi accounting. I was not at all and I explained that to them. They unlocked my account also and never had any issues since then. I think sometimes they make mistakes when they are investigating or whatever. The problem is there are so many jetkoffs multi accounting with poker that they watch everyone very closely.

I have probably twenty accounts there opened by accident. If you click I agree create my annonymous account it opens up a new account in one split second. I've never used them and then proceed to log in but all it takes is clicking the button on the left instead of on the right and a new account is made.

They do this to prevent chip dumping, cheating in poker and freeroll abuse. They really only care if you are using the accounts for poker.

This makes sense. I think that's what happened to me because sometimes I will hit the create new account button by mistake. I was wondering how I had other accounts that were using my i.p like they said. Ive only used one account that's probably why they unlocked my account again. They need to move that button away from the log in button.

Man. Give it up already. You tried to scam them and they caught you.

Yeah or at least make it so you have to click a few times. Nobody is going to click or enter any details if they know they have an account already. It's literally as simple as clicking a button on the left a fraction to the left of the log in button and you have a brand new account opened from your IP. It's silly.
