All I know is they told me earlier on the phone that they are down and I have not once been able to get on BOL or their mobile site. It would be nice if SBR can get some more information.

That was the first thing I did this morning. Still nothing, the sites won't load.

There will be a router at some point along the path from you to betonline that is not operating correctly at a guess.

I bet all you guys with issues live on the same coast or same area that goes through the same major exchange area.

If you know how to run a traceroute to betonline.ag it should show you the IP of the problem hop.

If a couple of you do it and find it the same IP then we may be able to email the sysadmin who runs it.

working for me from my mobile network (tmobile), both the desktop and mobile sites are working on my phone when NOT connected to wifi; will not work from my home network at all, definitely some type of IP issue/conflict on their end.

Thanks for this. If I use my phone's hotspot I can use get to BOL on my computer. This is of course not an acceptable long term solution. This shit needs fixing.

I wish this was an option for me, but my phone plan is just unlimited talk and text (no data). I lost a day of betting earlier this week waiting for BOL to reset my rollover calculator and now this shit. Their website reliability and CS skills are the worst of all the major US servicing Books.
