Does anyone know any books that provide early cashout and accept US residents? I know Bet365 offers that but unfortunately they don't accept US residents. Thanks.

I hear ya, I know it wasn't exact but regardless I'd recommend looking for another book that offers odds later in the game you can hedge with if wanted.
