As written in their rules ""For the settlement purposes of the Total Rounds market, where half a round is stated, 1 minute 30 seconds of the corresponding round of the fight.""The fight lasted 9 rounds 1 minute and 5 seconds, so under the 9 rounds 1 minute and 30 seconds mark.
I don't assume bad intentions, just pure incompetence as they saw the fight ended in the 10th round and assumed it was Over 9.5 even though it ended in the first half of the round.
I contacted them and showed them the rules but they don't want to admit the error.
