Heritage treating me bad for no reason.

I don't think it is something that SBR is going to be able to help with. Their promotions are theirs to give and take away. Not saying its fair, and it is annoying when things you had are taken away.

I realize they can do what they want, but why state who is eligible when it is untrue? I thought SBR would maybe care about that.

went from playing at a dozen sites when I started to only 2 now. only two because I just don't gamble as much as I use to. now I might go a few days with no bets. before I would have multiple bets every single day, hundred or so every week, could not go a day without betting.. never thought that how I bet now might be a problem for any book I play with. 1st sites don't like the idea of depositing and withdrawing all the time now they don't like the idea of just gambling with the funds you have available. don't know about heritage's reason about the no deposits but what do they want from this guy. I have run into a couple problems with heritage over the years(should be expected at every site over a long time) and they have always been handled fairly. must be something I'm just not getting here.

There is nothing you are not getting from my side..I am a recreational bettor who really loved using Heritage.
Never had a problem with them until out of the blue they cut me out of contests. Is a free square really that important to them, that they need to punish me that way because I won't add money that is not needed?

It could be a variety of different reasons. Most of these books... I don't use any freebies.... no games/contests. I'm on the -105 Vig at Heritage... so far... in 3 years they haven't bothered me... and customer service is always an "A" compared to other books.

Heritage knows how to keep their losers happy. If you dont deposit at least 2-3 per year(and lose) you are not wanted there.

I think you're right on that, I have not made a deposit in almost a year and my balance is almost 10 times what I deposited. I'm not eligible for contests there I don't get any of the free plays everyone else here always posts about etc. I guess part of the problem is I may only place a wager once or twice a week sometimes not even that

It's not a big deal to me but all customers should be treated equally. I noticed that a couple of weeks ago they raised my minimum BTC withdrawal amount to $500, I haven't looked lately to see what it is now. I rarely withdrawl so that's not a issue either

I don't play anywhere else, nor do I want to so I guess I really shouldn't complain. Heritage has always been straight up with me since they took over my Bet Jam account years ago

I don't know of any sportsbook that treats all players equally. Sharps/winners and recreational players/losers always have different perks, limits, etc.

It's their right and makes solid business sense. Some are certainly more tolerant of sharps than others so everyone should play at shops that meet their particular needs.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Generally players with little activity or periods of dormancy aren't going to receive endless perks, a book needs enough deposits to come in to make bonuses profitable and viable.

One of the contests I enjoy playing is their race to the Superbowl contest. As I said before, I met their requirement of 20 plays by a wide margin. If they don't want to give me a free square, fine, but they should honor who they say are eligible for their particular contest.

Heritage calls me all the time, even though I usually only bet college football. And when they call me, they are always super friendly and offering me all kinds of freebies.

But if I call them, every once in a while they can be grumpy but usually meet my request.

Betjamaica did. They were 10 times better than heritage. Heritage is all right though I guess.

I just had an e-mail sent from Heritage and they say it is because of my deposit history. Why ,when you have enough money in your account and play just about every day, force you to have to deposit. I guess they can do what they want.

Listen, I took the liberty of contacting Heritage on your behalf and inquired as to the particulars of your situation. As a valued member of the SBR staff, they took this inquisition seriously and offered some candid responses to my spate of questions. Most of the information that was bequeathed to me was done so in confidence and therefore I cannot divulge all the details in a public forum, but there was one specific nugget that stood out to me and I'd like to discuss this with you further if you don't mind.

The Heritage representative alluded to the fact that you "touch yourself at night" as he delicately phrased it. Without causing you discomfort or embarrassment, would you care to expound on this? I understand that the act of self-stimulation is quite normal, but the fact that sanctions would be placed on your account at Heritage leads me to believe that there is something perhaps abnormal about your masturbatory habits.

Are you masturbating with the kind of frequency that is detrimental to other daily activities, including but not limited to, work or friendships?

Are you masturbating with the kind of rigor and intensity that could cause injury to either yourself or others around you?

Are you engaging household pets or articles of furniture in an effort to complete the act?

Are you raising concerns pertaining to local health codes due to the frequent and erratic nature of your ejaculations?
