I think you can just sign up and talk to a manager. They will probably hook you up. If I'm not mistaken they gave me a $25 Freeplay just for signing up years ago.

betonline bonus programs are so so, nothing special but they do list the rollover rules and limits, its nice to have options to consider.

the thing to worry about betonline and instead consider some A books is that they just recently stole over $6000 from a player (an SBR member) and due to the same issue have to assume several players (not part of the forum community) due to not awarding a winning prop and grading it. they claimed it was too hard to grade and determine the winning side of the prop they had up. They are a B- type book, look for other fine books rated by SBR first before posting up there.
