jetbull problem
Hello all, I have stolen at Jetbull € 300, I bet in a game with a odds of 2.00, five minutes before the game starts my bet was pending when the game is over I see that the bet is canceled, this has been part of arbitrage and lost € 300. Is there any way to report this fraud?
I emailed them and the response was:

In regard to your bet.
The bet was cancelled because there was a technical problem with the odds for some matches being incorrect.
The bet you had made was one of these games and unfortunately our bookmakers had to cancel these games/bets.
Sorry for any inconvenience that may have been caused.
This is a lie, the odds was correct and they not have any technical problems.

Jetbull are using the oddsmatrix platform for odds and payouts now, they paid my withdrawal to moneybookers in just a few hours and for the moment seem to be much improved. I cant comment for the people who are waiting for disputed payouts or have closed accounts, but I hope the situation is resolved in your favour.
May be a timely reminder for anyone considering using a computer or payment account other than their own not to even consider it with any book not just Jetbull, so you dont ever give them the chance to link I.P. addresses and be accused of multiple accounts or any lame excuse that can be used not to pay out.Comment -

After sending my ID Jetbull blocked my account for no reason. Today i wasnt able to login in my jetbull.com account. Jetbull blocked my account with that money that i withdrawed . This isn't the way you use your customer and take there money, i spent hours on their site and now jetbull.com blocked me with my money. I sended everything official as they want (i only changed my BSN number because the dutch government told not to share with any company if they ask, after that i SEND THEM A COPY WITH MY FACE AND WITH THE OFFICIAL BSN NUMBER AND THEY BLOCKED!!!).
this company is acting as a thief with MGA licensed, i deposit in total 350 euro's and withdrawed 462 euro.Comment
