Local bitcoins or paxful will get you funded in minutes. I hear you those exchanges are b.s and it usually takes days to get it. You will pay very high fees but you will get it instantly. Use PayPal with someone that's usually the best rates. Gift cards also. Amazon and iTunes best rates. Usually like 80 cents on the dollar. I know it's high fees but it's instant at least.
