Does anyone know how Bovada and Heritage would handle an account that has hit a zero balance having never taken a payout? More specifically, if one let the balances hit zero and then wanted to go exclusively Bitcoin. Would they still require all the crap involved with the past credit card impressions even though there was not a cent of non-credit card money left in the account? The cards were compromised and discarded. Now I'm worried they won't issue a payout without them. I knew I should have saved them but was advised to destroy them and did. Or would it be easier to just start fresh with a new book like Nitrogen?

They can still ask for them later but as suggested above, just tell them via EMAIL that you disposed of the cards and keep the reply in case its needed later.
I'd probably mention that you can provide other ID if ever needed but no longer have those cards..Comment
