I have no idea though, I'm hopeful we get it before football. They do have a reputation to consider. "Formal complaint will be filed against your operation tomorrow on SBR, Covers and the net if I cannot gauge an estimated time for my payout which was requested April 5th.
No need to fully recap, but I was sent false money orders duplicated from 2016 - and the communication has been ok but you guys have not delivered on your own terms for reasonable payment expectation.
Certainly reputation is important for any business operation, person, or institution and there are good people being hurt on the back-end because of failed promises and communication on your site. You wager and gamble hard earned monies to win, and if you can't get paid out within 60 days, well that's pretty foul. I have spoken up in your favor in the sports book communities and have been with you for over 2 years. And have had affiliations prior. Let's get me a realistic time here if there is one, or this legitimate complaint is going up Friday AM."
At least it will be another legitimate hit against them on file to SBR and really has turned my gambling experience off lately.
And if CR is looking at this thread by chance......guys - Just make this right with me and the rest of the group and boom....reputation is back and we're in biz. I really don't want to put this complaint across as it's time-consuming and if they just communicated effectively I wouldn't have to. They have over promised/underdelivered throughout this entire transaction since April 5.

#290Sent yesterday morning and complaint officially filed. They did respond to this saying they are working with DHL and 3rd party processor. I want this on record that's why I moved forward. They promised Friday I would have payment by Tuesday. Enough is Enough.

While I certainly appreciate the email Friday morning, here we are again with false communication and another broken promise concerning an already delicate payment situation. You provide a tracking # for a DHL shipment that doesn't go out as stated, and promise it to be delivered for Tuesday claiming it was sent Friday?
I think it's quite worse to over-promise and under deliver. This happened repeatedly throughout July. I also received a call from a representative from CR asking me to deposit funds not understanding the delicate situation already. This happened roughly 2 Friday's ago.
Ask yourself from someone in my perspective having this experience, why shouldn't I go ahead and file this complaint across the site-boards so people don't get stuck and hurt from an operator who actually has endorsements on their own website of how they are responsible with payouts and customer service?
Not to mention, this is just another example of blowing smoke. I've given the longest leech possible. This experience is beyond foul. If you gamble and rightfully win, the operation owing the payment should be able to comply to their own terms. Simple as that. How many more people must get lied to and hurt? You can't blame a 3rd party processor forever and no one is buying it.
You can't earn business back by not following through on your own words. I'm moving forward today for sure. If it saves 1 person from depositing, well, that's good enough. Everything is documented concerning this payout so people can see how you treat even your loyalist folks.

Another broken promise, 2 in one week. Just reiterating everything I have been saying. I’m at a total loss. Not sure how in the world you can keep promising something that’s behind due, keep failing, and then think everything is ok with the player(s) on the backend. Not even caring to provide a response or follow-up. As if it’s not embarrassing enough really.
DHL shows when the monies have gone out, they have not. And then I have to worry about the funds actually clearing the bank because of what happened the last time.
Do everyone a favor and be sure to please just not say anything further until we know for absolute show something is being sent, when and what type of secured money source for payment. I’m exhausted

#305Add me to the list of people waiting to be paid. I deposited $1000 about a year ago and ran it up to $5913. I received payouts totaling $5,000 between January and March ($1,000 at a time with bitcoin). There was always a hassle and delayed payments but they did come. In april I got an email similar to the ones posted saying they are closing my account and my remaining balance of 913 would be paid in 30 days. I am still waiting on that 4 month later.
I no longer have a chat option, phone calls and emails go unanswered. Looks like I am not alone and see that I my have been lucky to get as much off the site as I have.Comment -

I am assuming now that it is only because I didn't beat their ass as bad as some of y'all did.
They took the full 30 days to pay and then closed my account and told me I was classified as a "sharp". LOL
I replied and told them "Sharp what?" All I did was pick one pre-season football winner and then get drunk and play
the casino full tilt over and over and somehow I managed to not lose all the money, if you would have just left
my account open I would have already lost it all in the casino and deposited three more times and lost that too!!""
LOL Then I emailed them throughout the season every time I lost and said "You would have already gotten your
money back PLUS 2 grand more if you had just let me keep playing here! Now some other book got YOUR money!"
