We spoke with BetOnline on this.

In summary, a casino software malfunction allowed users to increase the amount of their bet stake without their balance being deducted from. Essentially, players could bet with air money, and in this specific complaint the user turned $140 into $54k. If there was a dealer push or a win he received the value of the raise bet into his balance all the way up into $54k.

The player was contacted by a BetOnline manager who explained the exploit, the same as was done in other cases. In a majority of the cases the users were happy to receive free money for the inconvenience. In this case, the player accepted a settlement but then retracted his acceptance, and admitted in his own words to taking a shot. This eroded the good faith BetOnline tried to extend, so naturally the (extremely generous) compensation is off the table.

This is not a fair decision. I had a lot of winning sports bets wagers on this and I asked for a bit more compensation.

Betonline cancel wining wagers in sportbooks for more then 40 000$

Hi. BetOnline Canceled the winning wagers (claiming technical casino issue)
I have repeatedly contacted the casino manager. In casino I won a large amount of money in the slot.
We agreed that they will compensate me $ 3,500 for the my winning in slots of $ 54,000.Thank them very much for this.
But on my accaunt was also a huge portion of the money from the winning events.
I want to return my winning events since they have no business to their error in the casino .They have nothing to do with casino.
Referring to the error in the casino from my accaunt have removed all the money .

All the winings wagers they refused to pay because this money I won over them according to the casino error.

Why didn't you bump your old thread instead of starting a new one?

You can't expect to be paid winnings from wagers that you would have not been able to make if you didn't have the funds available from the casino glitch. This is a pretty standard cancel.

You then changed your mind and went back to them and told them information that would have made them refuse to pay you anything at all if they had known beforehand.

Go and win some bets, they aren't going to pay you anything more now.

Frend, I think you don't understand their point of view.

Your $140 is not enough to be able to place bets for 1000$, so it's normal for them to cancel those bets. Without the casino glitch, you would not have been able to place them anyway. Why would they pay you money if you had not been able to make the bets anyway without the system error? Take the 3500 and be gratefull. This is profit, you should be very happy you got this free money because of a programming mistake.

So...how about showing any "losing" wagers you made with that money and how about deducting those from your original balance of 126$? Or are you claiming you didn't make any losing bets or financials with that money?

Ok. You need to understand this. You would not have been able to make the wagers if there was no casino glitch money. Therefore, the wagers do not exist.
