It's called Parimatch. It's a Russian book with shops in CIS countries. They are the title sponsor of the Ukrainian Football Premier League.

I played once there. The limits were ridiculous low on small-medium markets (2-digit) and I could only place one bet per game. Maybe it is/was a regional restriction.
