Withdraw with bitcoin will be my last resort, I will prefer neteller/skrill.
Let me tell you my story, did a bitcoin withdraw at Justbet, because is the cheapest there, ask for 312€ withdraw only 303€ made it to my blockchain account, made a 301€ deposit from blockchain back to thegreek only 293€ show up in my account, bitcoin is not for me to much volatile.

I'll give them a B... Mainly use them live and mlb. They don't cover most games which can be a turnoff between May - Aug.
Also don't allow parlays across multiple spots: limited to Football, WNBA and Mlb at the moment.
Used to going crazy on my selections on 5D/Pinnacle
