I sent several mails asking them why but I did not get a reply that answered my question.
After telling them that I will lodge a complaint at the local police and that I will contact the MGA and
the licensor in Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, they asked me for further documents regarding my credit card.
I deposited via ******** which is a virtual credit card and so I sent them screenshots of my
account data with the registered address and the credit card statement with the Tipico deposit of 75€.
A few days earlier I deposited 75€ via Skrill.
All in all Tipico confiscated 184,50 € from my betting account.
At the weekend I contacted the licensor in Schleswig-Holstein.
Today I contacted the MGA.
Also at the wekend I pressed charge against Tipico at the local police station.
