    Hi Everyone,

Yesterday, I received an email said my payout has been cancelled and money was returned to my account due to incorrect bank details. However, I have checked with my bank. They are all correct. Detail below:

    Bank Name:
    Bank Account Number:
    Bank BSB Number:
    Swift Code: BKWAAU6P

I am living in Australia. Could anyone plaese advise what I can do?

    Thank you so much

if you're really sure the details are correct contact bwin and tell them this. they'll likely give it another go in that case. make sure you filled in the right data in the right spaces and did not fill in anything like IBAN (which doesn't exist in Australia).
if the problem is really on their end and if e-mail doesn't work out (bwin is not that great with e-mail), call them and you'll convince them to try again

you deserve a forum ban for posts like this. open your own thread and stick to this, instead of hijacking other people's thread with irrelevant bs.

I really don't understand how their payout department processing my payment. As I requested my payout $1500 USD in 12/5/09 and their financial department sent me an email said my payout has been completed and I will receive money within in 3-7 working days. I provided my bank details 100% correct. 10 days later, their department sent me an email said my payout has been cancelled and returned to my Bwin Account in 27/6/09. Therefore, I tried again to fill out my bank details with the same account details and withdraw $45 USD in 26/5/09. In 29/5/09, I received some money in my bank account from Bwin with $16.85 USD. Actually, I requested payout for $45 USD, but I just got $16.85 USD. They said it included the transfer fee but I didn't withdraw that much. It is unbelivable. How come I requested $1500 USD to be cancelled and $45 USD is ok to go?....I really dont understand.

              here is the letter

I have just requested my first withdrawal from bwin.

I only opened the account recently, made a few losing bets, then deposited £200 from Neteller. I was only trying to deposit £20, so upon realising this tried to withdraw (I don't want to gamble with £200).

After various attempts, with Bwin cancelling each, I ask the problem. I have already adhered to the bonus requirements, sent in passport etc.

I received an email citing the following from the FAQ. "If you request the withdrawal of the amounts you paid into your account instead of using them to participate in our broad line-up of services, bwin is entitled to cancel such requests instead of paying out the money as requested."

Surely this clause is illegal. In the email they also said you can only withdraw winnings, not deposits, as deposits are meant to be used on the site.

They also have a Responsible Gaming signature on their email.

So has my £200 dissolved into meaningless Bwin betting tokens, never to be seen again? Unless I gamble and win!!??

It is standard for books to require you to wager a minimal amount before withdrawal, for example 1x the deposit. The reason is they pay fees on your deposits.

If you wan't to play through your deposit with minimal risk I suggest you play it through at blackjack.

I'd rather pay their fees for them than make a bet with that company.

You are one stupid cunt. They've paid me over 25k. They took back a REFERRAL BONUS because they have you ON TAPE pretending to be the people you "referred", getting deposit instructions for and placing phone bets on the accounts you "referred". You were caught trying to deposit on yet another fraudulent account as yet another identity when the clerk RECOGNIZED YOUR VOICE.

BWIN is a well known for wire fraud and unfair gaming software against customers in European Union, this is one of the reasons they lost current case, where EU Commission and Court of Justice in Luxembourg ruled against BWIN to be allowed to take deposits from EU players. At the moment it's only few countries where this ban is a law already, but soon all 27 EU members will ban BWIN from Europe forever. http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?p...d=aouNfWOCk1SQ
This is what Court of Justice and EU Commission said about BWIN:

“Because of the lack of direct contact between consumer and operator, games of chance accessible via the Internet involve different and more substantial risks of fraud by operators against consumers,” the court in Luxembourg ruled.

The very big problem is that BWIN is based in GIBRALTAR and protected by PHILL BREAR corrupted Head of Gambling Regulation, so people like you can really do nothing against them at this time.
Still don't give up, you can write your complain to this organizations in Australia and warn them that BWIN must be forbidden to accept deposits from Australian citizens, forward them this Bloomberg latest news article, write your case, tell them to look on Google for: Bwin scam, Bwin fraud, Phill Brear, Bwin executives arrested etc., you must give them access to information so it can be read and studied before actions will be taken. Act today, complaining to BWIN or corrupted Phill Brear will not help you.

Why don't you kiss BWIN or SPORTBET asses, this is complaints we are resolving here and scam cases, this thread is not about advertisement of any bookie where you won, THIS THREAD IS ABOUT SCAM, DON'T YOU ****IN SEE IT.
If you wanna advertise some bookie where you won a ton of money, I believe you, but post it in a different thread, not here where players are destroyed by this mother ****ers and their money stolen or nobody knows where is their money, and you write about your wonderful experience, think with your brain:
WILL YOUR ADVERTISEMENT OF A BOOKIE WILL HELP DEFRAUDED BY BWIN PLAYER RECOVER HIS FUNDS?
