ASSOSPLAY - refusing access to account
    Hello,
Can anyone please help me? I have a winning bet for 1350 euro with Assosplay bookmakers. They are refusing me access to my account, even though I have sent them the necessary id. They keep telling me that I need to pass a phone verification test. I have given them my number, yet nobody phones me. This has been on-going for a number of weeks.

Hi sm5. If you would like to fill in a sportsbook complaint form an SBR rep can reach out to them about what the delay is for you.

With "Ass O" in their name, is it really a surprise they're being an Ass O to you? All joking aside, I hope it all works out in your favor.

Yeah I really don't think it's a good idea to be playing at a book named ass hole.

Yes, they have played me like an ass. Prior to my winning bet for 1350 which they are refusing me access to my winnings, they previously voided a winning bet on Germany I had in last years Euro football. This left me with 200 euros in my account which I placed on Chelsea to win the UK Premier League. I placed this bet around last Autumn, and have been unable to access my account since Christmas. They initially claimed I needed to pass a phone verification test and were unable to contact me by phone. They claimed they had phoned me many times but nobody answered. This was a blatant lie. They are now claiming that I have not met a rollover requirement from 2 years previously.

How much more rollover are the saying you need?

Tough one to argue about if you dont have exact records.

Because I do not have access to the account, here is what I think happened. I first joined and deposited around December 2015. A bonus was credited but my account was blocked, and I think it took around 6 weeks before I could log in again. Apparently, the bonus had to be turned over a number of times within 2 months of it being credited. Eventually, they gave me access to the account, and I placed some bets. On last years Euro Soccer I placed a winning bet on Germany, but after the result they voided the bet for 'technical reasons' - whatever that means. Around October 2016 I placed the bet on Chelsea to win the Premier League, and this won meaning they owe me 1350 euro. Unfortunately, I have not been able to log into my account due to their numerous excuses for refusing me access. First it was identification, which I sent them, and then phone call verification. But they never placed a phone call to me, because that was just a stalling tactic.

                  Just a quick update:

I've made a complaint to the Regulator, and also issued a small claims against them in the European Small claims court.
