5Dimes Payout Query?!

I recently started using 5Dimes and making my first Bitcoin withdrawal... Told it's 48hrs processing +another 24hrs for them to send to my wallet. Is this a one time thing cause I thought those withdrawals where 9 - 24hrs?


Been using Neteller on Pinnacle, with withdrawals taking me 15mins max &moving to bitcoin cause Neteller Prepaid cards got cancelled in my region
