Not true just the bonus part. You can cash out your winnings anytime.

So I call youwager and ask specifically, "If I deposit $200 right now using btc will I get to utilize the calendar promo and spin the wheel?" The girl says yes. I make the deposit and call right back and they wont give me the spin. Apparently winnings players don't get to use calendar promos. But of course they failed to mention that before I deposited...

This is not true. If you have $200 in your account just spin the wheel.

Actually it is true. They disengage the wheel for those that are up too much. When you try to spin you get a message to call customer service and they tell you that you don't qualify for the promo. Happened to me too.
